Free Standard Shipping: We provide free standard shipping on all accepted orders, with no minimum purchase amount required. The standard shipping charge is zero. We do not add a separate standard handling or packaging charge after checkout.
Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Availability: The checkout determines whether a selected delivery address can be served. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order for the selected address, we will explain the issue and promptly refund any payment collected.
Order Confirmation & Tracking: After checkout, an acknowledgement email is sent. Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided as soon as available from the carrier.
Separate Parcels: An order may arrive in more than one parcel if required. Any additional standard shipment we arrange remains free to you.
Accurate Delivery Details: Please verify recipient name and address details during checkout. If an incorrect address causes a failed delivery, additional redelivery costs may apply.
Damaged, Missing, or Returns: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days. Eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery with no restocking fee.
